6. Avoid stimulants such as energy drinks and caffeine. Having too much energy will cause your body to sweat more.

7. Wear loose clothes made out of wool or cotton. Keep materials made out of synthetic fibers away from your body. The clothes you wear should not be tight or cling to your body. This will only make the sweating problem worse.

8. Visit an acupuncturist and ask if there’s anything that can be done to help you. Some acupuncturists have experience with treating hyperhidrosis.

9. Tomato juice is a well-known home remedy for tackling sweating and odor. Drink a cup or two of fresh tomato juice every day and you should start noticing a difference.

10. Exercise regularly. Overweight individuals experience heavy sweating. Even if you’re only slightly overweight, you will still sweat more than you should. The more you sweat when you exercise, the less you will sweat when you’re not exercising.
