I always strayed from prescription deodorants and such, because as you said, they cause irritation. I've also learned that the aluminum in deodorants can be absorbed right through the pores and could actually cause cancer (Yikes!). I've been using witch hazel for some time already, along with applying baking soda to my affected areas, and they work well. Not great, but well enough to continue using them as opposed to deodorants. IMHO, the VASER procedure is expensive but well worth the money. good thing i live in the Philippines and it is less expensive here.
