Are you concerned that you might have a condition called nocturnal or idiopathic hyperhidrosis? Do you wake up with unexplained sweat stains on your pillow? Nocturnal hyperhidrosis is a condition during which an individual sweats profusely at night. Sometimes they don’t even wake up during their bout of sweating! The cause of nocturnal hyperhidrosis ranges from menopause to stress. Men and women alike can experience it.

There are ways to prevent your body from sweating while you sleep. Do you want to get a good night’s sleep? You can start waking up on fresh, clean sheets and pillows if you find the right treatment method.

Before taking a look at treatments, here are a few tell-tale signs that you really are suffering from nocturnal hyperhidrosis.

1. The most obvious way to tell is if you wake up drenched in sweat! Everybody sweats during their sleep sometimes. However, those who suffer from nocturnal hyperhidrosis do so just about every night. If you wake up covered in sweat, or surrounded by sweat stains on a regular basis, then you might be suffering from this condition.

2. Another sign that you might have nocturnal sweating problems is if you have another medical condition such as menopause, an infection, cancer, anxiety disorder, Hypoglycemia, neurological disorder, or a hormone disorder. Night sweating a symptom of these conditions.

3. Do you have panic attacks at night? Do you suffer from night terrors? Excessive perspiration is usually linked to nocturnal panic attacks and night terrors. If you wake up breathing heavily and sweating profusely, you probably have nocturnal hyperhidrosis.

If you think that you do suffer from idiopathic hyperhidrosis, here are a few ways you can treat the problem.

Eat some fresh fruit about an hour before going to bed. Fruit helps the digestive system to eliminate toxins and bad chemicals. It also contains a lot of fiber, which is needed to expel waste products. With fewer chemicals in your system before bedtime, you will be less likely to sweat during the night.
Be sure to stay away from complex carbs and sugar before bedtime. Only eat healthy foods.

Drink some cold water before bedtime. Leave a glass next to your bed. This will keep your body nice and cool throughout the night. If you wake up feeling hot and sweaty, just reach for the glass next to your bed. It’ll stop the sweat so that you’ll be dry by the morning.

Try relaxing before going to bed. Listen to some meditation music. Sometimes anxiety attacks occur at night – even during sleep. When this happens, sweat usually follows. Doing relaxation techniques before bed will help prevent panic attacks and excessive sweating. Light some candles and listen to some relaxing music. Lie back and take some deep breaths. You could also read an inspiring book before falling asleep.

• Make sure you get the right vitamins and minerals every day. Vitamin deficiency is a cause of hyperhidrosis. These include: Vitamin C, magnesium, Vitamin B complex, Zinc, and 5 HTP. 5 HTP in particular will help prevent sweating. Foods high in 5 HTP include tuna, milk, nuts, seeds, and turkey. You can ensure that you’re getting all of the vitamins you need by taking a multivitamin supplement every day.

Drink valerian tea or chamomile tea about 30 minutes before bedtime. Herbal tea is one of the best remedies for hyperhidrosis. It’ll keep you nice and relaxed so that you can get a good night’s sleep. Valerian and chamomile are also purported to offer numerous health benefits, and can fight off infections. Infections are often the cause of night sweating.

Treat Hyperhidrosis Using a Simple Method Called "Stacking" - Get Relief in Minutes

Are you suffering from any type of hyperhidrosis? Does your body seem to produce more sweat than it should? Sweating is normal, but excessive sweating is not. Even though it’s not a serious medical condition, it can still cause a lot of problems. It can lead to other physical problems such as acne and psychological problems such as low self-esteem.

STOP LETTING IT CAUSE PROBLEMS!

It’s not as difficult as you might think to keep your excessive perspiration under control. I used to sweat a lot, so I know how frustrating it can be. No matter how much deodorant and antiperspirant I used, I still couldn’t control the sweat.

I did some research on all of the possible treatments. I found that the treatments work best when they’re used at the same time. In other words, I found that the best way to get relief is with the “stacking” method.

Why stack?

For effective results. Using more treatment at a time produces a synergistic effect. Each remedy magnifies the other’s effects. Stacking for excessive sweating is safe just as long as you don’t go overboard.

Here is an overview of everything that I did. You can stack with these treatments as well.

1. First, you need to eliminate triggers. Triggers include spicy food, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, energy drinks, and junk food. You don’t have to quit cold turkey, but at least try to reduce your daily intake of any of these. All of these have been known to contribute to a sweating problem. Cutting them out of your diet is the first step you need to take in your quest to treat hyperhidrosis.

2. Next, drink some water. If your system is filled with unhealthy food, toxins, and chemicals, water will flush it all out. It’ll also lower your body temperature a bit, which will result in less perspiration. Even a half a degree difference in body temperature can prevent sweating.

3. Shower using an antibacterial soap. Gently rub the affected areas – DON’T scrub them roughly. You’ll only irritate your skin, therefore worsening the sweating problem. An antibacterial soap or cleanser will eliminate germs and dead skin cells, leaving your skin clean and smooth. Sweating will be less of a problem for you.

4. Put some baking soda over the affected area. Once you get out of the shower, rub some baking soda or cornstarch over the part of your body where you tend to sweat the most. The powder will absorb the sweat whenever it comes out. You can just rub in a small amount so that nobody will notice it.

5. Put some aluminum chloride over the affected area. Get an antiperspirant product with aluminum chloride. You could also get some aluminum salts. Rub the solution over top of the baking soda. Aluminum is extremely strong. It’ll prevent the sweat glands from producing too much sweat near the surface of the skin. One great product to try is Certain-Dri.

6. Wear some underarm sweat pads. If your armpits are always wet, get some sweat pads. All you have to do is stick them inside of the sleeves on your shirt. They’ll absorb sweat as it comes down, thus protecting your shirt from being ruined. They’re small and thin enough to go unnoticed. Nobody will realize that you’re wearing anything under your shirt.

7. Drink some sage tea or take some sage tablets. This is one of the most important steps in the stacking technique. Sage is considered to be a “miracle treatment” for hyperhidrosis! Brew some sage drink and drink it two times a day. If you don’t like the taste, take a few sage tablets. Either way, you should incorporate sage into your daily diet.

Follow these stacking tips and you should notice results almost instantly.
