Tomato juice also has antibacterial properties. Soaking your feet in a bowl full of tomato juice will prevent fungus from forming.


• Absorbent Powder

Have you tried rubbing baby powder on your feet yet? It creates a dry surface on the skin and will prevent sweat from coming out. Another option is baking soda, which can effectively prevent sweating. It acts as an alkaline to evaporate the sweat. It dries the skin as soon as the sweat comes out.

• Grapefruit Seed Extract

Grapefruit seed extract will also shrink your pores so that sweat won’t be able to come out. It can be applied topically or taken orally in capsule or liquid form. In order to treat your foot hyperhidrosis, you need to use organic ACV, which contains the “mother” ingredient.

Here are 5 simple tips for staying dry!


1. Make sure that you’re taking enough vitamins and minerals.
Vitamin deficiency can cause sweating at night. You should also be getting plenty of magnesium and zinc in your diet. Both of these nutrients promote healthy skin.

You can eat more foods with magnesium, zinc, and vitamins. Vitamin B in particular is essential for a healthy nervous system, which is responsible for sending signals to the sweat glands. Eat a lot of leafy green veggies, salmon, healthy cereals, and bananas.

Another option is to take supplements. You can find magnesium, zinc, and vitamin supplements at any food store or drug store.


2. Don’t drink any caffeine before bedtime. Also, avoid spicy foods.
