Step by Step Treatments

This is a great Step-by-Step instructional video on how to create your own iontophoresis device at home.

Rather than visiting a treatment center and paying for continuous iontophoresis therapy, make a little project for yourself by putting one of these systems together. You’ll save a bunch of money by having the device right in your home and it’ll make the treatments a whole lot more convenient.

It’s pretty easy to make the system and the video below does a great job of explaining the components of an iontophoresis device.

It’s very important that you follow the instructions in the video – especially when it comes to connecting the batteries to the device.

Although with voltages as low as these batteries emit, it’s difficult hurt yourself, you can potentially create sparks by connecting the cables incorrectly. Just take a moment to ensure you are following the video’s instructions exactly.

I’ve used this device twice already and it definitely reduced the sweating of hands and feet.

Just make sure when building this device that you have DC source NOT AC. Battery is a DC source. When using an adapter, make sure the output is DC NOT AC.

I am going to make it. I have sweating on my hands and feets since my childhood and now i am 24 years old.

I want to try it. Here in Pakistan there is no one clinic for the treatment of hyperhidrosis and i have no money to go to the other country.
    Thanx to share this video.

Hi, anyway, I could not manage 6v batteries; but I have the 12v instead. Can I apply it?

This method works like a magic.

    Hi,

There are two things related to a battery: one is volt, another is ‘amp’. You talked only volt, not the other one. It creates confusion during purchasing a 6v batteries when I have choices of different ‘amp’ with 6v. Another thing, how is the possibility to come back hand-sweating after initially curing? If it happens, what to do?
My third question is ‘can I use rechargeable battery’ so that it can be used to multiple patients in a more inexpensive way?

Great video! I was wondering if you have any solutions for face/head/trunk/or armpit sweating. I personally have the head and trunk problem and have a friend with the armpit issue so… if you have any advice we would both be pretty psyched thanks!

one more… if you used a deeper pan and threw on a diving mask and a snorkel could you treat your face like this??? I know it sounds pretty rediculous but I will try ANYTHING.
