If you’re ready to finally put a stop to your relentless armpit sweating, then this article has some VERY effective treatments for you. I know what it’s like to have terrible pit sweat. I remember at its worst, I’d be wearing two undershirts stacked together underneath my dress shirts to work and STILL, the sweat stains soaked through. I’m happy to say I finally put my problem to rest using a combination of the treatments you’re about to learn here. You will too if you take action after reading. Let’s do it!

Now if your armpit sweating problem is as bad as mine was, you’re probably at this point reacting to the problem as opposed to taking action to prevent the problem.

Let me explain…

Maybe you feel the sweat coming on and you excuse yourself to the nearest bathroom to pat your armpits dry with a paper towel or reapply another layer of deodorant. You might wear heavy clothes or layers to hide the pits stains. Or, perhaps you actually use garment pads to soak up the sweat when it occurs.

The treatments below take a more proactive approach. You’re going to learn how to condition your skin to sweat less, rather than learn how to block the sweat or hide the sweat better. These are long term cures that work cumulatively over time, so try them all out consistently for a week before experiencing the optimal results.

With that said, here’s the first treatment…

The Apple Vinegar Remedy – at night, apply apple vinegar or any other malt vinegar to your armpits. If you have armpit hair, trim it to a very short length. Let the apple vinegar air dry. It will saturate your armpit’s sweat pores, neutralizing odor causing bacteria and creating a drying effect.

Apple vinegar has astringent properties. It will condition your armpits to stay dry and sweat less overall. In the morning, just wash your armpits with soap and water as you normally would. The acid in the vinegar will be absorbed by your armpits overnight and protect you from sweating all day long.

The Baking Soda Treatment – Used in combination with a deodorant that’s high in aluminum chloride, baking soda could be your missing piece to the puzzle. It works as follows…

Baking soda is an alkaline and your body’s sweat is an acid. When the two mix, they create gas and the sweat is instantly evaporated. So it conditions your sweat to just dry up super fast. Here’s what you do. Mix a generous amount of baking soda with water until you have a thick paste. Paste the baking soda onto your armpits (if they’re clean shaven, this works best) and then sit with the treatment for 25 minutes. Afterwards, just wash off with water.

Do this for several days in a row and you’ll notice a HUGE difference. Now, your armpits might feel kind of rubbery after you wash off the baking soda. This is totally normal and I’m sure you’ll agree that rubbery feeling armpit skin is way better that sweat dripping, slime pits – ewww!

Botox – Botox injections are a surefire way to stop the excessive armpit sweating but it does come with a high price tag. Treatments can range anywhere from $700 – $1400 depending on how many places on the body you want to cure. Also, results aren’t permanent. They do last a while though.

Most people report that Botox stops the excessive sweating for about 6 months. So, if your severe armpit sweat is impacting your life that much (I know mine was pretty bad) and you have the extra money, Botox might be a realistic alternative for you.

Before you go running to the bank though to take out money for Botox, I want to save you some green. Afterall, we can all use some savings where we can these days. I’ve posted my top 12 favorite excessive sweating treatments on my site http://www.Prevent-Sweating.com in a video called Sweat Free Tactics. The video is totally FREE and you can check it out right now on the site to learn a TON of other effective ways (many of them natural) to stop excessive armpit sweating for good. Additionally, the video shows you how to stop hand sweating, face sweating, feet sweating and yes, of course, how to stop armpit sweating. Check it out right now and take action on ending this problem for good!

It’s the kind of thing most people don’t like to talk about. When you can’t stop sweating “down there”, you don’t exactly want to put out an ad in the yellow pages, letting everyone know about it. Groin sweating affects millions of people and although so many are desperately searching for a solution, very few are providing one. That’s because it’s such a taboo problem. The term alone has a connotation of bad hygiene. What guy or girl wants to admit that they’ve had such a problem, let alone spent their time outlining a plan of attack?

Well, my friends – I AM that guy. Also, I can tell you…

If the embarrassment of groin sweating isn’t enough to make you search for an alternative solution, certainly the discomfort is. The constant perspiration in your groin and inner thighs causes TERRIBLE irritation, rashes, dryness, odor and a whole bunch of other problems. Here, you’ll discover the 7 most effective and useful tactics for putting groin sweat to bed and PRONTO. Let’s get started and stop the sweat for good!

1. Cool Down before you Start Up:

In order to start this process off on the right foot, it’s important that all your showers end with cold water. You don’t have to freeze yourself right out of the shower. In the beginning, use warm water to wash off. As you get to the end of your shower time, gradually lower the temperature of the water until the last minute where you’re essentially showering your “goodies” with a super cold soak. It will only be a little uncomfortable for a minute.

This technique avoids that annoying situation where you start sweating the moment you step out of the shower. It will give you a nice head start for the next technique.

2. Powdering Your Parts:

Once you get out of the shower, dry off THOROUGHLY. You don’t want any kind of wetness in your nether regions so get aggressive with that towel. Own every crevice!

Apply a fairly generous amount of talcum powder to your groin, buttocks, inner thighs and undercarriage – yes UNDERCARRIAGE. That’s my fancy medical term

Talcum powder will absorb any moisture that may come about during the day. If you DO sweat, the perspiration will mix with the talcum and evaporate the powder, leaving you dry with a fresh scent.

If Talcum isn’t enough to do the job, try Goldbond’s Medicated Powder. You can get this at most drugstores and it works very well. Goldbond’s has a cooling effect so it will actually make your groin feel cooler (an interesting sensation the first time). I love this stuff. Goldbond’s also neutralizes itching and irritation so if the skin down there is already a bit sensitive or chaffed, this will be a tremendous relief for you.

3. Wear Breathables:

I know it sounds like simple advice but the very first item you need to check off on your list is breathable underwear. If you’re not wearing cotton – you’re doomed to fail at overcoming this problem. Most of the time, breathable underwear won’t be enough to cure groin sweating alone. However, it will help you along by strengthening the power of the previous solutions.

4. Deodorize Your Thighs:

I know it sounds strange but layering on a thin coat of gentle deodorant will do wonders if you sweat from your inguinal region (inner thighs). This crease between your groin and your inner thigh is where the problem generally starts. Don’t go putting deodorant on your groin. That has “bad idea” written all over it. Instead, try a very gentle antiperspirant like Hydrosal gel or even Degree on your inner thigh. Remember, this is very sensitive skin so if irritation occurs, stop immediately.

5. Avoid Loose Fitting Underwear:

Although it should be breathable, your underwear should be snug as well. If clothes or underwear are too loose (for men especially), your thighs will rub against your groin more directly and cause the sweating to begin.

6. Heal Any Chaffing:

Before you do any of this stuff, make sure you’re dealing with a healthy situation down there. If you have chaffing or a rash from prior sweating, attend to the irritation before drying out the area.

I mentioned Goldbond’s powder up above for preventing the sweat. The brand also has a healing lotion, made specifically for chaffed skin. You can also use Eucerin cream or Aquaphor (two moisturizing lotions) to treat the affected area.

7. Cut down on Cutting Down:

If you normally shave your spot down there, you may want to hold off or at least adjust the frequency of your intimate haircut schedule. Although less hair on your groin will definitely decrease the amount of sweating, it will encourage irritation and chaffing.

Start with these 7 steps and you’ll be off to a great start. There are more advanced treatments like Botox for groin sweating (usually done on the inner thigh) but don’t run away with the idea of such an extreme remedy until you’ve tried out these practical ones.

Some of my favorite home remedies for foot sweating are also the easiest to apply. Smelly feet can be embarrassing and it’s a much more common problem than you might think. The perspiration, dead skin cells, and bacteria that cause foot odor are completely natural – and normal. But when the excessive sweating is constant or spontaneous, it could be a warning sign of plantar hyperhidrosis.

Tannin Leaves

The fastest way to get rid of foot odor is through the use of Tannin tea leaves. Sage Tea works wonderfully for this.

Tannin, which is found in tea, is a drying agent. Sage Tea in particular is an astringent. It contains high concentrations of Tannin.
Boil three or four tea bags in one quart of water for about 10 minutes. Then add enough cold water to make a comfortable soaking temperature.

Soak your feet for 5-10 minutes a day. Start out soaking for only a few minutes and adjust the time according to how your skin reacts to the tannin.

Don’t worry if the skin on your feet tans a bit. The stains will wash out with soap and water. You’ll notice in just a few days that your feet will feel dryer and the odor will have disappeared.

Kosher Salt

For extra sweaty feet you can try kosher salt as a home remedy. Add half a cup of kosher salt (kosher salt has a coarser texture than regular salt) to one quart of water. Soak your feet for 5-10 minutes at a time for a week. This will have a dramatic affect on your foot sweating. I do recommend trying the tannin tea solution first as the kosher salt remedy can cause overdrying.

Baking Soda

Sprinkle some baking soda in your shoes overnight. The baking soda will absorb and lock in the odor causing bacteria. In the morning, just dump out the baking soda and your shoes will smell fresh, clean and comfortably dry.

Antifungal Spray

After your daily shower, make sure you apply a powder or antifungal spray to your feet. The excessive sweating from your feet can bring on toenail fungus and athletes foot at an alarmingly fast rate. By using these hygienic precautions you will reduce your chances of having a bacteria infection.

Odor Insoles

Although they won’t actually condition your feet to sweat and smell less, odor insoles will definitely eliminate and trace of smell from your shoes. They’ll also temporarily deodorize your feet for those awkward occasions where you need to take of your shoes in the presence of others. I’ve used these for years. Along with keeping your foot odor to a minimum, they help your shoes and sneaks last a whole lot longer by saving you some stinky wear and tear.

Go ahead…admit it. You’ve got excessive armpit odor.

Hey, I’m not pointing any fingers or making fun. I totally empathize with anyone’s armpit odor. The fact is it used to be a BIG problem of mine.

See, excessive sweating or “Hyperhidrosis” has a pretty broad spectrum with varying degrees and types of perspiration.

One specific variety of this disorder is called “Bromhidrosis” or excessive body odor. It’s more common than you might think.

I’m just going to take a moment to explain why excessive body odor occurs, and then I’ll give you the natural armpit odor treatments that will extinguish your smelly underarms for good.

What is Bromhidrosis?

Human secretory glands are divided into 2 primary types known as apocrine and eccrine glands. Eccrine glands are distributed over the entire skin surface and primarily are involved in thermoregulation through sweat excretion.

In contrast, apocrine glands have a limited distribution, involving the axilla (armpits), genital skin, and breasts. Apocrine glands have no thermoregulatory role but are responsible for characteristic pheromonic odor.

The apocrine glands basically have bacteria attracted and multipying on them before they release secretions through the skin. The bacteria, released with these secretions, excrete toxins which result in the offensive armpit odor.

The problem with Bromhidrosis is that it’s hard to battle with normal topicals such as prescription deodorants.

Afterall, deodorants are great for blocking the sweat pores, but how can you neutralize the offensive bacteria in your body that’s creating the odor?

the Answer…

The bacteria that forms on the glands must be neutralized using treatments that have high acidity levels. The treatments listed below do just that.

The Natural Treatments

I know it can feel embarrassing to admit you have smelly armpits but the fact is, facing up to it like you’re doing now is the only way to rectify the problem.

And believe me…

There are SO MANY ways to treat excessive or persistent armpit odor. Have no fear.

This article is going to give you to the treatments that will significantly decrease if not completely eliminate your armpit odor.

So, let’s get right to it and make your persistant armpit odor history.

Lime Juice

Believe it or not, a remedy as simple as Lime Juice yields fantastic results. It’s also incredibly easy to apply this treatment. Just divide a key lime (not so ripe) and then rub each half on your armpits.

If your underarm skin lightens a bit after a few days of this treatment, don’t worry. The citric acid may have this side effect. Let your underarms air dry afterwards. You really want the citric acid to soak into your underarm pores.

Also, beware that if you get the lime juice on your clothes, it can discolor them. That’s why it’s so important to let your arms airdry before you dress. Stay away from this armpit odor treatment if you have cuts or are prone to rashes from overdrying.

Alum

Alum is a very effective armpit odor treatment. Think of it as a concentrated, crystal form of deodorant (aluminum chloride). Along with taming armpit odor, it actually stops your armpits from getting sweaty in the first place.

Manufacturers have developed deodorants from alum but some swear that using the raw crystal form is just as good as the deodorants which are more expensive. You can pick Alum up at most pharmacies.

You can rub Alum crystal directly into your armpits after drying from a bath or shower. Just be careful when you apply Alum. Occasionaly it can have jagged edges and irritate the skin. Try to pick out smooth crystals at the pharmacy.

Vinegar

Applying Malt Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar on the armpits at night as part is another awesome armpit odor treatment.

Do this after drying off from a shower. Make sure to allow the vinegar to air dry. In the morning, you can apply your regular deodorant as you normally would.

Much like the lime treatment, the acidity in the vinegar will neutralize the bacteria that clings to your body’s Apocrine glands.

These three treatments work well – there’s no doubt. However, the ultimate armpit odor prevention simply revolves around sweating LESS.

Really, you no longer have to suffer from perspiration and smelly pits. The natural remedies mentioned above will certainly help you, but wouldn’t it be nice to not NEED to use them at all?

If your goal, through the tips on this website is to overcome your hyperhidrosis or bromhidrosis PERMANENTLY then there’s good news…

The “Stop Sweating & Start Living“, step-by-step program on the next page accomplishes just that. Try the program risk-free today and end your excessive armpit sweating for good.

Facial sweating can seem like one of the most difficult places on the body to treat. I should know, I suffered with it for a long time. It’s the most noticeable form of excessive sweating and the situation can make you feel pretty helpless. Your face is right there, out in the open, dripping with uncontrollable perspiration and no matter how many times you dab it away with a handkerchief, those embarrassing beads of sweat pop back up again.

Listen, I know what it’s like. I’ve been in your shoes. But, I’m happy to tell you that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel. Relief is on the way with the 3 effective facial sweating treatments I’m about to reveal to you. So, pay attention because these little sweat solutions are going to stop the face faucets for good!

Before we get started though, I just want to emphasize that with any of these treatments, you want to always watch out for irritation on your face. Even though these treatments are gentle, everyone’s body chemistry is different.

Also, as I’m sure you already know, you can’t just roll a strong deodorant onto your face (yes, like a fool, I tried it once). You’d completely break out in a rash, hives, dry patches and who knows what else. Plus, having deodorant residue on your face isn’t the most appealing look. For this reason, I’ve listed gentle, proven remedies below, that will start giving your results within minutes after application.
Let’s start with the first treatment!

1. Witch Hazel

Witch hazel extract can be bought at most health food stores, drugstores or grocery stores. It’s derived from the plant’s bark, twigs and leaves. I was totally unfamiliar with witch hazel when I first learned of this facial sweating remedy but let me tell you – it works wonders!

Witch hazel has natural astringent properties so it gently dries the skin and also inhibits inflammation. It dries up oily skin, reduces the appearance of pores and acts as a natural antiperspirant for you face. You NEED to try this.

What I love most about witch hazel is how mild it is on the skin. I actually reduces redness because of its anti-inflammatory properties! Start with a thin application layer and fall in love with this natural remedy for facial sweating.

2. Aloe Vera Juice

This is a more watered down version of the popular aloe vera sold as a moisturizer. When applied to the skin, aloe vera has a nice cooling effect. This makes it particularly useful during warmer seasons like summer or spring. However, if your excessive sweating is triggered not by temperature but by hyperhidrosis (a condition of excessive sweating not matter what temperature it is), you may find your results to be more short term.

I suffered from hyperhidrosis which is why this treatment was just a bit less effective for me. That said, I’ve used aloe vera for my facial sweating before and I want to give you my completely honest review. Aloe vera works great as a temporary fix (prevents sweating for about 2 or 3 hours). My conclusion? If you have a hot date or an upcoming business meeting and you need to keep your complexion dry, aloe vera is a great quick fix.

3. Maxim Facial Wipes

Last but certainly not least is a sure fire winner. Maxim Facial Wipes are deodorant wipes made especially for facial sweating. Although, I’m not sure what chemicals inhibit the sweating, they act as a wonderful astringent for your face sweat and really keep you dry.

The wipes are made by a company in the UK. You can find them at CoradHealthCare.com. Anyhow, try the natural treatments listed above first. They’re cheaper, proven and don’t require a dependency on a specific manufacturer. If they fail to do the job for you, it’s time to give the Maxim Wipes a shot.

My Personal Favorite…

These three options are great. Personally, though, I use an astringent pad that combines the benefits of witch hazel and aloe vera into one. They’re made by a high end beauty company called Anthony’s. You can check them through the link below:

If you have any suggestions or recommendations as to what YOU use, please don’t hesitate to share with the community through our comments section below. Everyone can benefit from your own unique experience. Also, I don’t mind negative feedback on these products so long as it’s constructive so please – voice your opinion. It counts here! All the best!

You know the feeling. You wake in the middle of the night to discover the sheets are soaked with your sweat and your pillow is damp and cold from all your tossing and turning. It’s a pretty gross experience. Excessive sweating at night can be incredibly frustrating. If you’re anything like me, you probably strip down to your underwear and blast your ceiling fan (if you have one) in order to avoid the infamous night sweats. Sometimes that strategy works but a lot of times it’s just not enough to prevent the perspiration. If you have air conditioning, that’s certainly an alternative but wouldn’t it be nice to stay dry and comfortable without the high energy bill?

This article is going to show you the MOST effective way to finally stop sweating at night, once and for all without turning your thermostat down to 68 degrees. This little secret will have you sleeping cool and comfortably in no time. Let’s get right to it shall we?

First off, you should know that you’re in good company. Sweating at night is way more common a problem than you may know. The condition becomes prevalent when your body is unable to cool itself using three conventional methods. When you perspire while sleeping, it’s because your body is using sweat as a last ditch effort to cool you in your sleep to avoid overheating.

Prior to that, your body will use any of the three following mechanisms to control the body heat.

Radiation – your body will radiate the heat (kind of like an oven) in order to cool your internal temperature. Your bed absorbs that radiation. So basically, you’re lying in bed, surrounded by material and that material is also absorbing your body heat.

Conduction – this is the heat that you feel when you touch the source of radiant heat. This plays two parts in your body’s cooling function. Heat is passed from your body to surrounding material using conduction and additionally, cool materials transfer cool temperature to your body to lower the internal temperature. I’m should you’re familiar with this whenever you flip your pillow so your head is lying on the cool side. By the way, isn’t that the best?

Convection – this is where airflow carries the heat off your body and away, leaving you with a cooler temperature. You use this strategy to your advantage whenever you implement your ceiling fan or air conditioning. The biggest problem here is when you have the sheets covering your body. The air has nowhere to go so as your body radiates the heat, the space between the sheets heats up like a hot pocket. Hence, your sweating at night problem…no good!

A lot of people ask:

“Is something wrong with me? Aren’t there serious underlying medical conditions that cause sweating at night?”

Don’t get all worried here. Just because you’re sweating at night, it doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a serious health risk at play. Most commonly Hyperhidrosis, a condition that causes excessive sweating and Menopause in women are general culprits.

There are other potential causes of night sweating like fever, medications, infection, illness, hormonal changes, neurological problems and even scary stuff like cancer or hypoglycemia. Try not to become a hypochondriac about it though. More than likely, your body is simply overheating.

Regardless of the cause, the following method will cool you down without a doubt, guaranteed. And when I say guaranteed, I mean it. If you implement this technique there is absolutely no way your sweating at night will continue. It’s like hitting the “off” switch to your problem, allowing you to get the restful night’s sleep you desperately need.

The secret to ending the night sweats once and for all lies in the third strategy, convection…

If you’re like me, you either have a ceiling fan blasting down on you or you’ve got a standing fan blowing against you in the night. Unfortunately, this tactic will only work for so long. After a while, your body heat between the sheets will overwhelm the airflow and the sweat streams will be a-flowing before you know it.

What if you could channel the airflow of your fan between the sheets and create a cool tunnel of refreshing air throughout your bed while you rest in a breezy, blissful slumber?

Sound appealing? Of course it does!

So, here’s how you do it.

There’s a product available called, quite simply, “The Bedfan”. It’s an extremely narrow fan that slides unnoticeably from the foot of your bed through the front of the sheets. It’s super subtle so you don’t have to worry about it being an eyesore on your bed. You wouldn’t even know it was there unless you installed it yourself.

The fan blows air through the sheets onto your body, giving you a nice comfy climate to sleep in. Simply said, the Bedfan has CHANGED MY LIFE. You need to check it out and decide if this is your next step. I can positively say, if you’re suffering from sweating at night, this is a solution that will definitely work.

Check it out here —> The Bedfan

You can also watch a live demo of the Bedfan by CLICKING HERE

Take action and don’t live with the discomfort of night sweats any longer. The Bedfan is guaranteed to end your sweating from the first night you use it. Check it out now and don’t deny yourself a sound night’s sleep any longer. Take care!

Excessive Sweating is like winning the genetic lotto for obscure, unfortunate conditions. I mean, don’t get me wrong. Life could be much worse than having a severe sweating problem. However, anyone living with the constant sweat stains and clammy hands will tell you it’s no day in the park. There is hope though and it all starts with a magic little pill called Robinul. Robinul is an incredibly effective hyperhidrosis treatment that may be the missing ingredient to your sweat relief.

As much as Robinul has been claimed to be a miracle drug, it doesn’t come without ANY drawbacks. In this article you’ll hear the pros and cons to determine if this is YOUR solution for getting the excessive sweating under control once and for all.

Let’s start with the name of the drug. After all, if you think this is your next step to curing the relentless sweating, you’ll want to mention it to your dermatologist by name.

You can reference the drug as either Robinul or its more generic name, Glycopyrrolate.

Robinul works by reducing the secretions of certain organs in the body. These secretions aren’t just limited to your perspiration. It will also reduce your saliva and mucus in the lungs, nose and stomach. As you can imagine, dry mouth and dehydration are the biggest complaints among patients.

The drug was originally formed to control stomach ulcers by reducing stomach acid. Lucky for you, the reduction of excessive sweating was a nice little side benefit.

It’s not perfect though. There are a whole host of unpleasant side effects that you’ll be sacrificing in order to turn your sweat faucets off. They include…

headache, dizziness, or lightheadedness;

weakness or nervousness;

blurred vision, large pupils, or sensitivity of the eyes to bright light;

nausea, bloating, heartburn, or constipation;

changes in taste;

difficulty urinating;

decreased sweating; or

nasal congestion, stuffiness, or a dry mouth.

Sounds a little rough, huh?

Sorry if I sound like a drug commercial here, but I want to give you all the disclaimers before I tell you the actual results…

If you plan on taking Robinul, may sure you’re not driving or operating machinery. It can cause drowsiness, dizziness and blurred vision. You CAN NOT drink alcohol while taking it (remember the dehydration I mentioned earlier?). Also, it can cause overheating.

You’ll want to skip this drug if you’re pregnant, have high blood pressure or any history of heart disease as well.

Are you thoroughly disinterested yet? Well hold your horses because I haven’t told you the good part.

Robinul WORKS! If you can put up with all the other side effects, you’ll be ecstatic with the results.

BOTTOM LINE – You will feel a significant difference in the level of sweat your experience if you even sweat at all.

Have I used it personally? No. I’m not all that comfortable when I’m COMPLETELY dry or even over dry. I’ve used natural treatments to stifle my own sweating. However, millions of others have tried Robinul and can’t say enough good things about the results.

Here are some anonymous comments from patients who have been using the drug.

Patient #1:

I’ve been taking Robinul for a little over a half a year and the results have been impressive. I started with Hyperhidrosis (Of the hands, feet, face, and trunk) during adolescence and it only got worse as time went on. I started dosing on Robinul at 1mg twice a day, morning and night. It was fairly effective from winter into spring but summer made that dosage fairly ineffective. During Summer I needed to increase to about 3mgs a day, and while it’s very helpful, I still sweat sometimes. I still recommend this drug for anyone with mild Hyperhidrosis. For anyone who can’t find the right dosage, you’re just going to have to weigh the pros and cons and decide from there.

Patient #2:

This was the “miracle drug” I was looking for. I have moderate-severe general Hyperhidrosis. Iontophoresis was not helping. After seeking Botox for my hands, as they are by far the worst, this was prescribed instead. What a difference! My hands haven’t been dry in over five years. It’s only been a week, and I may look to up the dose to help with facial and plantar sweating (which has been reduced but not as much). Side effects are completely tolerable and much better than the discomfort I faced from the extreme palmar HH.

Patient #3:

I’ve only been taking it for a week- 1mg twice a day. It has helped a little. Not an extreme difference though. I may decide to up the dosage. One drawback is that I haven’t really been able to wear my contacts because it makes my eyes so dry. I definitely experienced some serious headaches. Also, dry mouth was a bit of a problem but I just popped some sucking candies in my mouth to alleviate the annoyance.

You can see that although these three patients had mostly positive experiences, adjusting dosage and putting up with constant side effects were definitely factors.

So, what do I recommend?

I err on the cautious side when it comes to medicine. Especially because Robinul comes with a whole bunch of other caveats and side effects I haven’t mentioned in this article. I don’t want to scare you away completely.

I recommend that you take the time to try every other natural solution first. If you haven’t tried every conceivable fix you’re not ready to take the plunge with Robinul. I mean everything, including prescription deodorants, sage tea solutions, facial sweating wipes, specific diet supplements, cleansing drinks, herbal remedies and so many others.

It can be overwhelming but don’t get lost in all the trial and error.

These natural alternatives used in different combination (a technique called “stacking”) can be just as effective as and much gentler than using Robinul.

Ready to cure your nasty foot sweating problem? Looking for a way to stop the wetness and odor quickly AND conveniently? Easy enough! Just follow my 3 simple sweaty feet cures below and you’ll be well on your way.

I know what you’re going through…and it stinks! Yeah, pun intended – sorry

The good news is, you’re not alone. Having sweaty feet is a pretty common complaint among most people. I certainly dealt with it on a daily basis. If you’re anything like I was, it can be such a nerve racking experience having to take your shoes off in front of someone else. You pray they don’t stink or worse off, the person will see the sweat stains soaking through your socks – yikes!

This is getting a little personal here but before I give you these three amazing treatments, I have to let you know one of my most embarrassing sweaty foot stories. I was in college and went on a date with this girl. Anyway, things were going pretty great and after dinner, we went back to her apartment to cuddle up a bit. When I got through the door she said the place was just cleaned and asked me to take my shoes off. Already, I was getting a little nervous.

I remember she had this dark tile kitchen floor and as I walked across it, I left damp foggy foot tracks. She looked put off by the sight of my sweat tracks immediately.

Things got a little awkward after that and I never heard from her again. Now, I don’t know if things didn’t work out because of my sweaty feet, but I’m sure it didn’t add to my allure at the time.
So look, whatever reason YOU have to stop your foot sweating, it really couldn’t be any easier once you know the simple home remedies that get results super FAST. I’m talking, within hours.
Let’s get started with the first treatment.

Vinegar Foot Baths – Mix together 1/2 cup vinegar and a quart of very warm water in a basin. Soak your feet for 25 minutes. Then, dry your feet well – make sure you don’t forget the spaces in between your toes. Don’t rinse your feet. Let the vinegar really saturate your pores.

Not only does the vinegar act as an astringent, It exfoliates a thin top layer of your foot skin. You’ll experience dryness for hours after this soak. Plus, the acid in the vinegar neutralizes odor causing bacteria deep in your feet. Some people like using apple cider vinegar for this treatment. However, for foot sweating, I prefer white vinegar. It’s stronger and works faster.
As a side benefit, vinegar also inhibits fungal growth so you’ll protect your toenails from fungus and clear up common problems like athletes foot.

Salt Water Soak – Simple? Yes. Effective? Ohhh Yes. Don’t underestimate the power of a salt water soak on your feet. The salt will dry them right up and if you use Epsom salts, you’ll have soft dry skin as well. Exfoliating with a loofah before soaking your feet in salt water makes results faster AND longer lasting. You also want to make sure you use warm water to open up your skin’s pores and allow maximum exposure to the salt.

Be careful if you have any open cuts or sores on your feet. This will burn if you have any open abrasions.

Sage Tea – I saved the best for last. Sage tea contains super high levels of Tannic Acid which is a natural astringent. Add 4 or 5 bags of sage tea into a large basin of hot water and let it steep until the tea is fully dissolved. Then soak your feet for 25 minutes.

The tea will work its way into your foot pores and go to work, drying them up and neutralizing odor causing bacteria. Sage tea is VERY powerful as a long-term foot odor cure. Try this tonight and fall in love with the results.

Just a heads up – after you take your feet out of the basin, they’ll be a little tanned from the tea. Don’t freak out, the tanned color washes right off with a little soap and water.

Now if you’ve got sweaty palms, that’s another story. The treatment that cured my own hand sweating was this specific regimen…

Excessive hand sweating can be EXTREMELY debilitating socially. I remember going on job interviews and looking up at the potential employer after that first sloppy, wet handshake, thinking, “This interview is already over.”

The problem is hard to understand for people who don’t personally suffer from it. They think you’re always nervous or even place judgments on your hygiene. There’s no doubt, it’s a cruel world out there if you’ve got sweaty hands.

More than likely you suffer from some degree of palmer hyperhidrosis – a condition where hyperactivity in your Sympathetic Nervous System causes sweat glands to fire off perspiration in continuous bursts, no matter what temperature you’re exposed to.

Here you’ll be learning about two very powerful, natural oils that will condition your hands to stay dry for very long amounts of time using gentle astringent properties. So, enough with the introduction. Let’s get your excessive hand sweating under control, shall we?

Geranium Oil

Geranium Oil is extracted from the plant called pelargonium odorantissimum, which belongs to the Geraniaceae family. You can buy it at most health food stores in liquid form. Simply apply a thin layer to your palms and let it air dry. As the oil soaks into your pores, it will immediately go to work, drying your skin and giving your hands a pleasant, fresh smell.

Cypress Oil

Calming and cooling, this oil from the Mediterranean cypress tree is valued for its refreshing and astringent effects. The essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves, twigs and cones of the evergreen tree. You’ll feel the effects instantaneously as perspiration quickly evaporates from your palms AND you feel more relaxed overall. That’s because Cypress Oil has a direct effect on your nervous system. It stimulates calm, serene emotions. The alcohol (10%) in Cypress oil contributes to its drying effect as well.

Try these to solutions out and see if they stop your hand sweating as effectively as they did mine.

How I finally stopped my handsweating PERMANENTLY

It didn’t take long to put a stop to my sweaty palms once I used these 2 essential oils in combination with an irreplaceable system, appropriately titled “Cure My Sweaty Palms”

It’s an ebook that gives you the same step by step treatment plan that I followed to end my own excessive hand sweating in just over a week with no relapse whatsoever.

The plan works! PLAIN and SIMPLE it gets the job done! I highly recommend you try the sweaty palms remedy right now by CLICKING HERE. You’ll absolutely love the results as it’s GUARANTEED to work by the creator. Nothing to lose and everything to gain. Set yourself free by taking action right now and start your new life without clammy hands!

Blushing crushes your confidence. It’s been proven over and over again. The psychological effects of a persistent blushing problem can really affect you mentally after time. Soon enough, you begin to blush at just the thought that you might possibly blush. The redness becomes perpetual because anticipating your embarrassing complexion actually CAUSES the blushing to occur.

It’s a frustrating cycle for anyone who struggles with the self-consciousness brought on by this disorder. After a while, you really start to feel defeated by blushing. Perhaps the hardest part is finding a treatment that works fast. The fact is, blushing is triggered internally, unaffected by external treatments.

It’s not like excessive sweating where you just apply a topical treatment or condition your skin using an at home alternative remedy. Therefore, the solution to this problem must be attacked from a mental standpoint to be most effective. There are physical treatments for blushing as well but over 90% of people who suffer from this disorder (that means you) CAN overcome it using the exercises below.

Here, you’ll learn 6 very effective treatments for facial blushing. The tactics take practice to perfect. However, if you want to REALLY stop blushing permanently, you’ll want to learn and implement these exercises as soon as possible. Let’s get started and put an end to this embarrassing problem!

Building Your Confidence is the first Step!

Do you know what the number one cause of blushing is? Shyness! A lot of people resign to the fact that their lack of self confidence has doomed them to a life of continuously red appearance. But it doesn’t have to be this way!

What I mean by that is, your thought will shift from your own insecurities to your own strengths. Self-consciousness is what brings the redness out. You feel like all eyes are on you. If you’re not proud of yourself, the feelings of embarrassment and shame will take over and brighten your complexion in no time.
Here are some GREAT ways to boost your confidence.

Start a hobby or gain a new skill
Self improvement is one of the best ways to feel good about you. Get into the habit of taking on a new skill to master. It’s this process of growing and expanding your horizons that empowers your confidence.

Mastering a skill will transcend into a feeling that you can do anything in life. When you overcome one obstacle or learning curve, you’ll build faith in your ability to tackle whatever comes your way.

Join an online community for blushing sufferers
Finding other people who also suffer from facial blushing will give you a nice comfort level with your problem. Accepting your blushing is an important part of building confidence because you need to learn to love EVERY part of yourself – including this perceived “flaw”.

Online communities bring a sense that you’re not alone and that you’re completely normal (and you are btw .

Remember, if you do join an online community that helps with facial blushing, you want to engage in positive conversations about blushing. Try not to just lament about how it’s ruined your life. Instead, brainstorm with others on different tricks you can use to overcome it.

A great one that I use is called SocialPhobiaWorld.com.

Exercise and Eat right
Build self esteem with a pumped up image. Exercising is about more than just getting ripped. You’ll have renewed energy and a sense of accomplishment after every workout. Your health should be your number one priority. When you have a consistent exercise regimen, you’ll feel responsible and more positive about your overall demeanor.

Face your fear
Putting yourself in situations everyday that you KNOW will make you blush is a hard but powerful way to overcome your problem. Here’s how it’ll go down. You’ll basically put yourself in front of people and social situations that you know will freak you out. It works best if it’s in front of people you don’t know or won’t have to see very often.

Then you force yourself to hang out knowing that you’ll get red in the face. It’ll be a way that you can practice blushing in front of people on a regular basis. Instead of fighting to hide it , feel the embarrassment of it. Constantly punish yourself by exposing yourself to this uncomfortable encounter.

If you’re practicing positive thinking exercises, in time you’ll learn to accept and even disregard you blushing reaction.

The funny thing about blushing is that once you stop really caring about it, it tends to go away on its own. The real trick is learning to let go of your fear and take a “whatever” kind of attitude about your appearance. Vanity needs to go out the window. You are who you are – and that’s a quality you need to love and embrace.

Therapy
If you have trouble making friends or even forcing yourself into social situations, it’s time to start speaking with a therapist. Get to the bottom of where you shyness and low self-esteem derives from.

Therapy is a wonderful way to learn how to love yourself again. Nurturing your emotions and living without fear is the only way to enjoy life to the fullest.

A licensed therapist won’t judge you. Your conversations are kept confidential. You have a partner in overcoming your blushing. Take advantage of a third party to gain a new perspective on your life and your concerns. Your perspective, after all, is your reality. Get a new perspective on life and you can transform your life any way you wish!

Meditate On It
Spend 10-15 minutes a day (before bedtime may be most convenient) where you can sit upright and meditate on being in a situation that makes you blush.

Mentally construct the circumstance that you KNOW causes the reaction and practice accepting your emotions. Really, try to live through the blushing in your mind. It takes some focus on your part.

The idea here is to practice a controlled response to your emotions. Rationalize your blushing and figure out how to mentally move past it. Once you accept the possibility of your blushing without self-consciousness, the blushing will stop happening to begin with.

A Step by Step PROVEN WAY to Stop Blushing

So, what’s the fastest way to get over a chronic blushing disorder? I get this question a LOT! After doing a ton of homework and months of research, far and away, the best way to end this problem is to download a copy of The “Stop Blushing -Audio Book” by CLICKING HERE

I’ve tested this out with 5 of my readers who suffered from CHRONIC Blushing disorders and it worked for them in less than a week. This is a life saving Step By Step Guide To Stop Blushing.
