If you’re ready to finally put a stop to your relentless armpit sweating, then this article has some VERY effective treatments for you. I know what it’s like to have terrible pit sweat. I remember at its worst, I’d be wearing two undershirts stacked together underneath my dress shirts to work and STILL, the sweat stains soaked through. I’m happy to say I finally put my problem to rest using a combination of the treatments you’re about to learn here. You will too if you take action after reading. Let’s do it!

Now if your armpit sweating problem is as bad as mine was, you’re probably at this point reacting to the problem as opposed to taking action to prevent the problem.

Let me explain…

Maybe you feel the sweat coming on and you excuse yourself to the nearest bathroom to pat your armpits dry with a paper towel or reapply another layer of deodorant. You might wear heavy clothes or layers to hide the pits stains. Or, perhaps you actually use garment pads to soak up the sweat when it occurs.

The treatments below take a more proactive approach. You’re going to learn how to condition your skin to sweat less, rather than learn how to block the sweat or hide the sweat better. These are long term cures that work cumulatively over time, so try them all out consistently for a week before experiencing the optimal results.

With that said, here’s the first treatment…

The Apple Vinegar Remedy – at night, apply apple vinegar or any other malt vinegar to your armpits. If you have armpit hair, trim it to a very short length. Let the apple vinegar air dry. It will saturate your armpit’s sweat pores, neutralizing odor causing bacteria and creating a drying effect.

Apple vinegar has astringent properties. It will condition your armpits to stay dry and sweat less overall. In the morning, just wash your armpits with soap and water as you normally would. The acid in the vinegar will be absorbed by your armpits overnight and protect you from sweating all day long.

The Baking Soda Treatment – Used in combination with a deodorant that’s high in aluminum chloride, baking soda could be your missing piece to the puzzle. It works as follows…

Baking soda is an alkaline and your body’s sweat is an acid. When the two mix, they create gas and the sweat is instantly evaporated. So it conditions your sweat to just dry up super fast. Here’s what you do. Mix a generous amount of baking soda with water until you have a thick paste. Paste the baking soda onto your armpits (if they’re clean shaven, this works best) and then sit with the treatment for 25 minutes. Afterwards, just wash off with water.

Do this for several days in a row and you’ll notice a HUGE difference. Now, your armpits might feel kind of rubbery after you wash off the baking soda. This is totally normal and I’m sure you’ll agree that rubbery feeling armpit skin is way better that sweat dripping, slime pits – ewww!

Botox – Botox injections are a surefire way to stop the excessive armpit sweating but it does come with a high price tag. Treatments can range anywhere from $700 – $1400 depending on how many places on the body you want to cure. Also, results aren’t permanent. They do last a while though.

Most people report that Botox stops the excessive sweating for about 6 months. So, if your severe armpit sweat is impacting your life that much (I know mine was pretty bad) and you have the extra money, Botox might be a realistic alternative for you.

Before you go running to the bank though to take out money for Botox, I want to save you some green. Afterall, we can all use some savings where we can these days. I’ve posted my top 12 favorite excessive sweating treatments on my site http://www.Prevent-Sweating.com in a video called Sweat Free Tactics. The video is totally FREE and you can check it out right now on the site to learn a TON of other effective ways (many of them natural) to stop excessive armpit sweating for good. Additionally, the video shows you how to stop hand sweating, face sweating, feet sweating and yes, of course, how to stop armpit sweating. Check it out right now and take action on ending this problem for good!

It’s the kind of thing most people don’t like to talk about. When you can’t stop sweating “down there”, you don’t exactly want to put out an ad in the yellow pages, letting everyone know about it. Groin sweating affects millions of people and although so many are desperately searching for a solution, very few are providing one. That’s because it’s such a taboo problem. The term alone has a connotation of bad hygiene. What guy or girl wants to admit that they’ve had such a problem, let alone spent their time outlining a plan of attack?

Well, my friends – I AM that guy. Also, I can tell you…

If the embarrassment of groin sweating isn’t enough to make you search for an alternative solution, certainly the discomfort is. The constant perspiration in your groin and inner thighs causes TERRIBLE irritation, rashes, dryness, odor and a whole bunch of other problems. Here, you’ll discover the 7 most effective and useful tactics for putting groin sweat to bed and PRONTO. Let’s get started and stop the sweat for good!

1. Cool Down before you Start Up:

In order to start this process off on the right foot, it’s important that all your showers end with cold water. You don’t have to freeze yourself right out of the shower. In the beginning, use warm water to wash off. As you get to the end of your shower time, gradually lower the temperature of the water until the last minute where you’re essentially showering your “goodies” with a super cold soak. It will only be a little uncomfortable for a minute.

This technique avoids that annoying situation where you start sweating the moment you step out of the shower. It will give you a nice head start for the next technique.

2. Powdering Your Parts:

Once you get out of the shower, dry off THOROUGHLY. You don’t want any kind of wetness in your nether regions so get aggressive with that towel. Own every crevice!

Apply a fairly generous amount of talcum powder to your groin, buttocks, inner thighs and undercarriage – yes UNDERCARRIAGE. That’s my fancy medical term

Talcum powder will absorb any moisture that may come about during the day. If you DO sweat, the perspiration will mix with the talcum and evaporate the powder, leaving you dry with a fresh scent.

If Talcum isn’t enough to do the job, try Goldbond’s Medicated Powder. You can get this at most drugstores and it works very well. Goldbond’s has a cooling effect so it will actually make your groin feel cooler (an interesting sensation the first time). I love this stuff. Goldbond’s also neutralizes itching and irritation so if the skin down there is already a bit sensitive or chaffed, this will be a tremendous relief for you.

3. Wear Breathables:

I know it sounds like simple advice but the very first item you need to check off on your list is breathable underwear. If you’re not wearing cotton – you’re doomed to fail at overcoming this problem. Most of the time, breathable underwear won’t be enough to cure groin sweating alone. However, it will help you along by strengthening the power of the previous solutions.

4. Deodorize Your Thighs:

I know it sounds strange but layering on a thin coat of gentle deodorant will do wonders if you sweat from your inguinal region (inner thighs). This crease between your groin and your inner thigh is where the problem generally starts. Don’t go putting deodorant on your groin. That has “bad idea” written all over it. Instead, try a very gentle antiperspirant like Hydrosal gel or even Degree on your inner thigh. Remember, this is very sensitive skin so if irritation occurs, stop immediately.

5. Avoid Loose Fitting Underwear:

Although it should be breathable, your underwear should be snug as well. If clothes or underwear are too loose (for men especially), your thighs will rub against your groin more directly and cause the sweating to begin.

6. Heal Any Chaffing:

Before you do any of this stuff, make sure you’re dealing with a healthy situation down there. If you have chaffing or a rash from prior sweating, attend to the irritation before drying out the area.

I mentioned Goldbond’s powder up above for preventing the sweat. The brand also has a healing lotion, made specifically for chaffed skin. You can also use Eucerin cream or Aquaphor (two moisturizing lotions) to treat the affected area.

7. Cut down on Cutting Down:

If you normally shave your spot down there, you may want to hold off or at least adjust the frequency of your intimate haircut schedule. Although less hair on your groin will definitely decrease the amount of sweating, it will encourage irritation and chaffing.

Start with these 7 steps and you’ll be off to a great start. There are more advanced treatments like Botox for groin sweating (usually done on the inner thigh) but don’t run away with the idea of such an extreme remedy until you’ve tried out these practical ones.

Facial sweating can seem like one of the most difficult places on the body to treat. I should know, I suffered with it for a long time. It’s the most noticeable form of excessive sweating and the situation can make you feel pretty helpless. Your face is right there, out in the open, dripping with uncontrollable perspiration and no matter how many times you dab it away with a handkerchief, those embarrassing beads of sweat pop back up again.

Listen, I know what it’s like. I’ve been in your shoes. But, I’m happy to tell you that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel. Relief is on the way with the 3 effective facial sweating treatments I’m about to reveal to you. So, pay attention because these little sweat solutions are going to stop the face faucets for good!

Before we get started though, I just want to emphasize that with any of these treatments, you want to always watch out for irritation on your face. Even though these treatments are gentle, everyone’s body chemistry is different.

Also, as I’m sure you already know, you can’t just roll a strong deodorant onto your face (yes, like a fool, I tried it once). You’d completely break out in a rash, hives, dry patches and who knows what else. Plus, having deodorant residue on your face isn’t the most appealing look. For this reason, I’ve listed gentle, proven remedies below, that will start giving your results within minutes after application.
Let’s start with the first treatment!

1. Witch Hazel

Witch hazel extract can be bought at most health food stores, drugstores or grocery stores. It’s derived from the plant’s bark, twigs and leaves. I was totally unfamiliar with witch hazel when I first learned of this facial sweating remedy but let me tell you – it works wonders!

Witch hazel has natural astringent properties so it gently dries the skin and also inhibits inflammation. It dries up oily skin, reduces the appearance of pores and acts as a natural antiperspirant for you face. You NEED to try this.

What I love most about witch hazel is how mild it is on the skin. I actually reduces redness because of its anti-inflammatory properties! Start with a thin application layer and fall in love with this natural remedy for facial sweating.

2. Aloe Vera Juice

This is a more watered down version of the popular aloe vera sold as a moisturizer. When applied to the skin, aloe vera has a nice cooling effect. This makes it particularly useful during warmer seasons like summer or spring. However, if your excessive sweating is triggered not by temperature but by hyperhidrosis (a condition of excessive sweating not matter what temperature it is), you may find your results to be more short term.

I suffered from hyperhidrosis which is why this treatment was just a bit less effective for me. That said, I’ve used aloe vera for my facial sweating before and I want to give you my completely honest review. Aloe vera works great as a temporary fix (prevents sweating for about 2 or 3 hours). My conclusion? If you have a hot date or an upcoming business meeting and you need to keep your complexion dry, aloe vera is a great quick fix.

3. Maxim Facial Wipes

Last but certainly not least is a sure fire winner. Maxim Facial Wipes are deodorant wipes made especially for facial sweating. Although, I’m not sure what chemicals inhibit the sweating, they act as a wonderful astringent for your face sweat and really keep you dry.

The wipes are made by a company in the UK. You can find them at CoradHealthCare.com. Anyhow, try the natural treatments listed above first. They’re cheaper, proven and don’t require a dependency on a specific manufacturer. If they fail to do the job for you, it’s time to give the Maxim Wipes a shot.

My Personal Favorite…

These three options are great. Personally, though, I use an astringent pad that combines the benefits of witch hazel and aloe vera into one. They’re made by a high end beauty company called Anthony’s. You can check them through the link below:

If you have any suggestions or recommendations as to what YOU use, please don’t hesitate to share with the community through our comments section below. Everyone can benefit from your own unique experience. Also, I don’t mind negative feedback on these products so long as it’s constructive so please – voice your opinion. It counts here! All the best!

Although there may be worse disorders to have, suffering from Hyperhidrosis is no day in the park. And many hyperhidrosis sufferers (including myself) will vouch that it can completely consume and ruin any situation.

Hyperhidrosis is a condition where you body sweats excessively and spontaneously for no particular reason at all. It could be 50 Degrees outside and your body is still dripping from the hands, feet, face or underarms with relentless, unbearable perspiration.
An imbalance in your body’s sympathetic nervous system causes your sweat glands to be continuously triggered to fire off endless perspiration.

It’s no exaggeration to say that hyperhidrosis can be devastating. It slowly beats down your self-confidence and simultaneously creates self-consciousness that others around you notice the problem too.

You DO have alternatives though.

Let’s get to the heart of this post and start curing you of this problem right away!

As horrible as hyperhidrosis is, the condition IS treatable. Here I’ll be putting you on the right track to overcoming your excessive sweating by outlining a diet guideline that will steer you clear from encouraging further sweating. Your diet lays the foundation for curing your sweat problem so don’t take these tips lightly. All other excessive sweating treatments build upon these tips.

It’s simple enough. There are eating & drinking habits that encourage sweating and there are others that discourage it. Here, you’ll be learning some of the more prominent sweat inducing culprits. I’ll also show you how you can supplement your diet with items that prevent sweating.

These are proactive measures. They stop the sweating before it starts. They’ll require you to use less deodorant and spend less time engaging in sweat stopping home remedies. These tips don’t put out the fire. They prevent it to begin with.

So, let’s start with the bad news first. Here’s all the stuff you should NOT be eating and drinking. They promote perspiration and wreak havoc on your hyperhidrosis.

Things to Avoid:

Garlic – I give all you Italian food lovers out there my condolences. I used to LOVE eating linguini with white clam sauce. Of course an hour after the meal, my palms, face and shirt would explode with sweat bombs. It took a while before I put two and two together but after a little research I came up with the reason.

I’m going to get pretty fancy here with my medical explanation. Ready?

Garlic’s strong smelling sulfur compounds are metabolized, forming allyl methyl sulfide. Allyl methyl sulfide (AMS) cannot be digested and is passed into the blood. From there, it’s carried to the lungs and the skin, where it is excreted.

Your body throws the garlic waste out your skin and breath – hence “garlic breath”. This is like putting your hyperhidrosis on steroids with the bonus of body odor. Not so good.

Onions – Depending on the strength of the onions you’re eating, you may sweat a lot or just a little. No matter what though – you’ll sweat!

The pungency of onions has a heating effect that increases your circulation. This is what raises body temperature and causes sweating. This effect is actually helpful in lowering fevers and sweating out colds and flu. For you, however, it’ll just feed the flame. Curve your onion eating until you get a grip on your sweating problem through other means.

Caffeine – It’s found in coffee, tea, cola drinks, energy drinks, cocoa and chocolate, nonprescription drugs and prescription drugs, weight-control aids, and a variety of other commonly consumed items. Tea is the ONLY exception to this rule and I’ll get to that in a bit. Other than tea, stay away for a while.

The link between caffeine and your sweating is probably obvious to you already. It’s a stimulant, raising blood pressure, increasing circulation and heartbeat. Your body is a machine, running at a constant 98.6 degrees. Speed up the parts and you’ll heat up the machine.

Your morning coffee is enough to raise your internal body temperature and dampen your shirt in no time. I know it might be tough for some of you coffee drinkers and soda addicts out there, but try to cut out the caffeine at least for a little while.

Spicy Foods – Peppers and spicy dishes are blatant offenders. They cause increased sweating by speeding up your metabolism (much like caffeine). Do yourself a favor and cut them out as well. Chances are, if you suffer from hyperhidrosis, you’re already aware of the effect hot wings have on your underarms. Yikes!

Alcohol – This is a HUGE No No. Let me just say one quick thing about drinking with hyperhidrosis. When my sweaty hands were at their worst, I actually found drinking a few beers to be helpful. When I’d drink a little, my hands actually seemed to dry up. I attributed this to the alcohol relaxing me and helping my anxiety induced perspiration. Turned out I was VERY WRONG.

Alcohol dehydrates your body at first. That’s why you find yourself going to the bathroom so much when you drink. Your body is flushing out all of its fluids. However, this is only the first stage. After that, your body temperature begins to climb causing the acceleration of fluids to be flushed from your sweat pores as well.

Now, let’s talk about what you SHOULD be eating and drinking…

Things to Consume:

Drink Plenty of Water – So many people get confused by this advice. They think if they drink more water, they’ll have that much more to sweat out. Actually, drinking lots of cool water will lower your internal body temperature, keeping the sweat at bay. I recommend at least 8 big glasses of water a day. Others suggest even more. I know this advice might be hard to swallow (yes pun intended – sorry .

The thought of trading your excessive sweating problem for a case of persistent urination isn’t ideal. However, you’ll need to compromise a few extra bathroom breaks to manage your hyperhidrosis.

Sage Tea – Sage Tea contains very high levels of tannic acid ( a natural astringent). By drinking tea, even hot tea, you’ll fill your body with this natural antiperspirant and prevent sweating from the inside out. It’s a systemic approach towards controlling hyperhidrosis. I will say, however, you’ll want to drink about two cups a day for at least a week to start reaping the benefits. Try it out.

Fruits – They’ll help you stop sweating AND they’re incredibly healthy. It’s a win-win. Fruits contain about 80% water. This attributes to their cooling effect. Get a healthy amount of fruit everyday (I’m a green apple maniac myself) and feel the results fast. I recommend at least 4 servings of fruit every day.

Olive Oil – Your body requires almost no effort to digest olive oil and this is where the power lies. By substituting olive oil in your diet, you’ll be using your digest system more efficiently allowing it to create less heat in your body.

Additionally, olive oil is a healthy fat that lowers cholesterol AND blood pressure. Not a bad combo, huh?

These two factors will also cut down on your sweating.

Whole Grains – Trade your normal white bread intake for whole grain bread. By cutting down on your processed sugar, you’ll lose weight which can help quite a bit. But that’s not the real secret of whole grains. They contain loads of B Vitamins which allow your body to function more efficiently, requiring less effort. Less effort means less heat and less heat means less sweating for you.

Other foods that are jam packed with B Vitamins include proteins (fish, eggs, meat, and nuts) and vegetables (avocados, peas, sweet potatoes, carrots).

Calcium – It’s easy enough to integrate into your daily eating regimen. Besides, calcium intake is crucial. You should really be doing this already. Get plenty of orange juice, milk, yogurt, light cheese, beans and spinach to ensure you’re filling up on your required intake.

Calcium helps hyperhidrosis by helping your body cope with stress and nervousness. It’s no surprise that these two emotions are heavily linked with anxiety induced perspiration. Fill up on calcium to cut down on sweat.

So what now?

I know these tips are a bit overwhelming. It takes a LOT of discipline to manage and restrict your diet. Fortunately this isn’t the end of the road for you.

Stopping your excessive sweating is really as simple as knowing EXACTLY what works for your body type. The most effective treatment I’ve found to date – hands down – is Stop Sweating & Start Living.

If you’ve been having trouble relieving your excessive sweating with conventional methods like clinical strength deodorants or even more advanced treatments such as Iontophoresis, then Acupuncture for hyperhidrosis may be your next step.

Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture originated in Asia in the form of Chinese medicine. Oftentimes, holistic medicine like this is overlooked by modern western medicine and may be worth pursuing before attempting surgery or prescription medications.

I’ve tested it out for a couple of months and can attest to the palpable difference in my sweating. Surprisingly, I found Acupuncture to be a VERY powerful solution for controlling my sweating.
And, I’m not the only one either!

Clinical studies for this hyperhidrosis treatment have been proven very effective for MANY sufferers worldwide.

Acupuncture is the science of stimulating pressure points across the anatomy using a number of techniques. It involves the application of pressure points through penetration of the skin using metallic needles. You’re probably already familiar with the concept.

So, what does Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture feel like?

The needles are hair thin and it’s really completely painless, despite how it must sound to have lots of needles on your body. When the needles are first inserted, it’s done through a tiny metallic tube.

The needle penetrates the top layer of skin and just idles back and forth gently.

Some say it’s almost a gentle tingling sensation, when the needles first enter.

However, I don’t want to mislead you. There have been clinical studies for acupuncture that report some patient discomfort or even soreness the next day.

That said, when you do opt for Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture, it’s important to choose a licensed practitioner very carefully.

Oftentimes, you can find one in your medical insurance network (on their website) based on ratings and feedback from other patients.

Also, there are so many medical physicians that are additionally licensed in Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture. If your doctor isn’t licensed for acupuncture treatment, I’m sure he or she can make a recommendation to a trusted practitioner.

About the Procedure…
Western medicine’s interpretation of Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture goes as follows…

Acupoints (where the needles are inserted) are based on sensory nerves of the skin called dermatomes. When the needles are placed on these dermatomes, it has a direct affect on the body’s nervous system.

It’s interesting to mention that the dermatomes for Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture are aligned with many of the dermatomes penetrated to relieve anxiety and stress through acupuncture. Clinical studies for acupuncture that have followed this technique, further prove that our emotions are direct triggers of hyperhidrosis sweating.

Many of these dermatomes also control internal body temperature by having direct communication with the sympathetic system in the body.

Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture treatments may vary depending on the degree and location of the hyperhidrosis symptoms. For example, someone with palmar or plantar hyperhidrosis may receive Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture treatment right on the hands and feet as well as sympathetic dermatome nerves in the chest or ribcage.

In other cases, the acupuncturist may apply a more generalized treatment of Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture. It really depends on the practitioner and your response to the treatments.

Although Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture can provide relief on the first visit, it usually takes 2 or 3 weeks to become fully effective.

My Experience…

I found that while receiving this treatment, I felt overall more relaxed and I definitely attribute that to my decrease in anxiety induced sweating.

Were there physical changes made with the stimulation of my “dermatones”? -– NO IDEA.

I can only tell you what I felt and yes, I did feel some improvement.
After my own personal test with this treatment, I was curious as to what others have experienced.

I spoke with many hyperhidrosis sufferers who have said that Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture helps phenomenally with their anxiety driven sweating.

It’s not so cut and dry though. There were MANY people who told me it wasn’t worth the effort and relief was minimal. Your own results may vary of course.

It’s very important that your expectations are realistic with this treatment. Generally speaking, Hypherhidrosis Acupunture will be most effective at stopping your stress and emotionally induced perspiration.

It’s considered a more holistic treatment, but its results are profoundly respected in the medical community. Don’t underestimate how beneficial this treatment option may be for you.

My personal opinion…

Although Acupuncture for hyperhidrosis has been shown as a great treatment for most people, it just didn’t do enough for me. I’ve used the methods taught in Stop Sweating & Start Living for years now and haven’t looked back since.

Listen, I make it my business to learn about as many PROVEN hyperhidrosis treatments as possible. I live for this stuff because I know what a toll it took on my own life for so long.

If you’re serious about ending your excessive sweating for good, make the investment in Stop Sweating & Start Living.

You’ll find that it’s not nearly as cumbersome as a session of Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture AND it’s GUARANTEED to work. Listed below are some obvious and not so obvious Sweat Prevention tips for your underarms, face, hands and foot sweating. Enjoy!

Drink Plenty of Water – Many people can’t understand this one. They think if they drink water, the body will sweat more to compensate. Wrong! Drinking lots of water will keep your body cool. By keeping a cool internal temperature, the hyperactive sweat glands have no reason to prespire. It’s important to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Try Shoe Inserts – When my foot sweating was bad, I used to love Odor Eaters. Although they didn’t prevent the foot sweating, they certainly prevented the odor that came along with it by absorbing the moisture.

Vinegar Foot Baths – Mix half a cup of vinegar with 1 cup of water in a footbath and soak your feet for 15 minutes. Do this twice a week and you’ll see a HUGE improvement in your plantar hyperhidrosis. The acid in the vinegar is the magic ingredient.

Wear Loose Fitting clothing – Breathable material will do wonders for your excessive sweating problem. Absorbent socks are great too. Invest in some good pairs. Wear open toe shoes whenever possible. Cottons work best for clothing.

Powder your Parts – After bathing or showering, apply a baby powder or medical goldbond powder to your common sweating areas. This will prevent irritation and relieve the skin. Irritated skin is more likely to perspire and cause further irritability and rashes.Using powder will also cover up any body odor that may be associated with sweating.

Change your Socks frequently – This will cut down on exposure to foot bacteria and really help out with the odor. Good hygiene never hurts too. Many stores like Gap make special “breathable” socks that wick away moisture using specially designed cotton. You can find comparable socks in many different chain stores.

Apply Antiperspirant to your hands and feet – Be on the lookout for skin irritation when you do this. You can accidently give yourself a rash if you react poorly to the brand of choice. This can help though temporarily with palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis.

Use Alternating Temperatures when you Shower – I like to start the shower warm and turn it to cold a minute or two before I get out. This is refreshing and will cool your body temperature in a very naturally and gradual way. I love it because it really wakes me up in the morning and gets me ready to start the day. There’s nothing more frustrating than getting sweaty right after you step out of the shower. When you end your shower with a cold blast of water, you’ll effectively cool yourself down and prevent overheating while dressing.

Avoid Spicy Foods – I love chicken curry as much as the next guy, but I know better. Spicy foods encourage sweating and you’re going to have to bite the bullet and avoid these foods until you get your perspiration under control. So yes, you’re going to need to pass on the hot wings during football season. But hey, just think about how much more you’ll enjoy watching the Superbowl when you don’t have to pack three different changes of clothes.

Wash Your Hands Frequently – I recommend washing your hands often using anti-bacterial soap. This may have a drying effect, but once your hand sweating stops, you can figure out a nice happy medium as to how often you should do this.

Solving Your Sweating Problem…

Let’s go beyond these tips and get to the root of your problem. Excessive sweating is a systemic problem caused by internal triggers. The medical term for it is hyperhidrosis. The good news is you CAN end the perspiration for good but you NEED to know the exact steps to accomplish this. Here’s where this site comes in…

Apply Natural Treatments – I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. There is no substitute for having a systematic game plan when you decide to end your excessive sweating. Try as many natural treatments as you can including a proper hyperhidrosis diet, sage tea soaks, baking soda & water solutions, tea tree oil, Thiamine (which combats stress), acupuncture, Alum, and witch hazel. I’ll be expanding on all of these solutions soon enough.
