I am looking for a shampoo that I can use because my head sweating is quite severe in the summer time so the day after I wash my hair it is all oily and sticks to my head. I also have little bumps on my head that become very itchy. I also sweat very badly under my breasts which gives me a rash as well as blister like bumps on my breasts. Any suggestions?

Your solution is a shampoo that contains Rosemary as it will tone the skin on the scalp without stripping natural oils needed (these oils prevent the itching you talk about). My recommendation is that you try “Fairy Tales Rosemary Shampoo” It’s gentle enough for most people – even those with sensative skin. Here’s a link for you to read some reviews on the shampoo… “Fairy Tales Rosemary Repel Shampoo” – READ THE REVIEWS

For the rash and blister like bumps on your breasts, I recommend you use a gentle moisterizer for sensative skin. Use the moisterizer in the morning to prevent the problematic chaffing that occurs throughout the day.

To prevent the sweating under your breasts, scale up from a gentle solution to a more clinical strength one. Start with baby powder. If need be, escalate to goldbond medicated powder – and if that still isn’t enough, you can try applying a sensative skin antiperspirant to the area.

Hi there. you often sugest “stacking” to provide progress.

Any tips on how to make a program to “stack” and weed out the unhelpful practices and keep the good ones?

Thanks a ton.

Let’s take sweaty hands for example:

1. Start with a clinical strength Antiperspirant like Certain Dri on the problem area daily or nightly.
2. Add the baking soda soak remedy every few days.
3. Drink Sage Tea every morning.
4. Swap out #2 with the Sage Tea Soak solution.
5. Add a monthly Iontophoresis session into your stacking regimen

You can add, modify or change the order of any of these solutions depending on your results.

I’ve watched your video and there is a lot of information about treatments. My issue is mainly my head, face and neck. I don’t think it’s an anxiety thing, but will try the meditation techniques. But I can be weeding in my yard for 1/2h, on a regular day and all of sudden it’s waterworks coming down my face. Other than Robinul, any other suggestions? Thanks for creating this site, it’s very nice to see solutions to problems for this problem that not everyone understands.

The best excessive facial sweating deodorant is DERMAdoctor MED e TATE. The are pricey – I can’t deny that. However, they work and you definitely get what you pay for.

If you’re looking for some less expensive solutions to stop facial sweating, try Witch Hazel pads or Tea Tree Oil. The astringent properties act like a natural antiperspirant on your skin. Plus, they’re very gentle on your face. Good Luck to you Giulia!

Hi Ravi,

It’s a tough question to answer. Everyone has different body chemisty so you’ll have to try all the natural solutions to hand sweating mentioned on this site to determine which one if most effective for your specific degree of sweating. Start with certain dri on your hands and feet. If that doesn’t work, try Certain Dri in combination with the Sage Tea Soak. Still no good? How about Iontophoresis?

There are a plethora of strategies you can implement on this site. Pick one and begin the period of trial and error. The faster you find out what doesn’t work, the closer you’ll be to the solution that will.

Hi
I have had ETS to cure Hands, face and palms, but my groin, chest and back are now worse, mainly when in a nervous situation or from physical exhertion such as running or gardening on warm day – more than the average person.
Whats the best way forward for me now. Is there another type of ETS i could have.
No Natural remedy ever worked for me before my op, and now ive had it, doubt any would work now either.
Please help.
Thanks
