Hey I just wanted to say thanks for all of these awesome vids. I am going to start to seriously incorporate this into my life and i am already starting. For example I bought some sage seeds and plan to start growing my own sage to incorporate in my treatment. I have had hyperhydrosis ever since I was about seven to nine and didn’t really understand it at first. As I became a teen I started to really see just how much it sucked, and I am still suffering. I virtually can’t wear sandals or heels without slipping around uncomfortably in them, feel super self concious about my hands, ect. But i’m gonna change all of that. Anyway I just wanted to leave a comment overall saying thanks because this website has really given me the hope that it can be cured and that I can lead a normal life.
Sincerely Yours,
Jessica R. Smith

I’m glad the methods are helping. Don’t stop with minimal success. Try out all the strategies I’ve outlined here to gain maximum results (dryness).

It’s great you are doing this. I am an architecture student now at a top university in the world and I’ve suffered from hyperhidrosis for a while (I don’t remember since when). Sweaty palms have prevented me from doing many things I wanted to do as a kid. I couldn’t learn to play a guitar. Sweat would drip off my hands, as my music teacher would try to explain things to me (by moving around my fingers). The sweat was extremely irritating. I’ve always loved to draw despite the excessive sweat… Somehow I managed to go around it (by placing sheets of folded paper under my hand). I would wear gloves if it got extreme. Nonetheless, sweaty palms still prevent me from working as freely as I could without it. It probably sounds crazy that someone would want to pursue a career in architecture, when they have sweaty hands, but if sweat is the only thing stopping them why not. I’ll try everything I can to stop sweaty hands, and I’ll report to you if any of your advice actually works.
